Library Parking Lot Improvement Project
The Library Parking Lot Improvement Project will begin May 1st with a completion date of June 5th, weather permitting. This project will bring significant upgrades to the library parking lot, making it safer and more convenient for all visitors.
Please note that while the library will remain open throughout the construction, the parking lot will be closed during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, on May 5th and 6th, the library will be closed for the installation of the new sidewalk leading to the front door.
Project Details
The project will entail the removal and expansion of the existing parking lot. New parking lot features will include adding 16 more parking stalls, installing a book return box, a new sidewalk to the front door, and a new traffic pattern for the parking lot. With the new traffic pattern for the parking lot, the WEST driveway will be the new entrance, and the EAST driveway will be the exit. The east driveway will be where the book return box will be placed.
