New Flower Arches Bring Color to Baum Park
Launch the media gallery 1 playerVisitors to Baum Park can now enjoy a colorful new addition along the park’s walking path. Flower-filled arches have been installed over the path, creating a beautiful and welcoming feature for walkers and other park visitors to enjoy.
The project began as a vision of the Delaware County Master Gardeners. Through the support and collaboration of several local organizations, businesses and community members, that vision has become a vibrant addition to one of Manchester’s public spaces.
Funding for the flowers and arches was provided by the Delaware County Master Gardeners, Manchester Vitality Endowment, XL Specialized Trailers and several generous anonymous donors.
Special thanks also go to Sam Childs and Landscapes by Child’s Play, Seth Harms, Mark Becker and Price Electric, Oasis Well and Pump, and the City of Manchester crews for their contributions to the project.
The City of Manchester appreciates everyone who helped bring this project to life and encourages residents and visitors to take a walk through Baum Park and enjoy the new flower arches.
