Joe was born in Tampa, Florida in 1989, then moved to Manchester at age 5. He was raised in Manchester, attended West Delaware schools, and graduated in 2008. Joe is the father of three children: Nathan, Clayton, and Reagan. Manchester has been Joe’s home most of his life.
Work History
Joe began his career in the construction trades. He joined the military in 2006 and was honorably discharged in 2020. Joe works at Collins Aerospace and is the owner/manager of his own rental properties that he provides to Manchester residents.
Community Involvement
Joe is involved in the community by being a coach to a Manchester City sports league. He has been volunteering for KOZ (Kids Outdoor Zone) since 2022. He is also a Member of the American Legion. Joe makes himself available to people who reach out and need help in the community.
Education
Joe graduated from West Delaware High School in 2008 with a high school diploma. He has attended various Military programs and has received many certificates.
